It grew tall and ornate. It was an architectural triumph. Salmon watched Ursa build it. Two businessmen came and kicked it down. “Don’t dream,” they said. “Get to work. Less dreaming, more working.” They straightened their ties and walked away. “What’s all that about?” Ursa asked. “I don’t like suits.” “Interpret the opposite,” Salmon said. “Yes, work in the world, but don’t wish for material things. Listen to the dreams but don’t work them over. In other words, don’t dream, work, and, dream, don’t work.” “I’m confused,” Ursa said. “It’s all tangled up like the tentacles of an octopus.” Salmon leaped up and bit Ursa’s chest. “Does this feel like an octopus?” “Ow!” said Ursa. “I release you!
